Hosting Services

Our services, including website hosting, migrations, domain configuration, and performance support, will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms are incorporated by reference into any such agreement. Due to varying project requirements, review cycles, and third-party dependencies, Big Easy Web Hosting LLC does not guarantee search rankings, external platform availability, or third-party provider performance unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless specifically transferred in writing, Big Easy Web Hosting LLC retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing hosting standards used in your project. Upon full payment, the client is granted rights to the specific deliverables defined in the applicable agreement. All third-party assets (licensed files, fonts, external references) remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment Terms & Timelines

Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, project fees, revisions, and any applicable third-party costs are the responsibility of the client. Service fees are payable according to the schedule listed in your agreement. Pausing active work does not automatically pause billing unless agreed upon in writing in advance.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Specific terms regarding the termination of ongoing hosting contracts will be detailed in your Service Agreement.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "AS IS." Big Easy Web Hosting LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. Neither Big Easy Web Hosting LLC, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
